A month-long experiential learning journey exploring slow food, slow travel and slow culture.

Students travelled through Florence, Siena, Sardinia and Rome, combining language, homestays, cultural experiences, field assignments and everyday encounters to explore what it means to be a thoughtful global citizen.

The goal wasn't simply to see Italy. It was to experience it slowly, ask better questions and learn by doing.
